Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NexoFiber platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. The Service is operated by NexoFiber ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

NexoFiber is an operational management platform for internet service providers (ISPs) managing GPON and FTTH fiber optic networks. The Service includes, among other features:

  • Management and monitoring of multi-vendor OLT equipment via SSH/SNMP.
  • Interactive outside plant topology editor.
  • Basic CRM linked to ONU management.
  • Billing module and financial reports.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered through a monthly subscription according to the selected plan. Prices are available on our pricing page and may be modified with 30 days' prior notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other systems.
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the software.
  • Resell the Service without express written authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of NexoFiber and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your customer data and configurations remain your property at all times.

7. Data Privacy

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you accept that policy.

8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexoFiber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue or data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the administration panel.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where NexoFiber operates. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration or before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
